Grilled Fish Recipe: A Simple and Delicious Guide

Ingredients:


2 fish fillets (salmon, tilapia, or any firm white fish)


2 tablespoons olive oil


2 tablespoons lemon juice


2 garlic cloves, minced


1 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon black pepper


1 teaspoon paprika (optional for extra flavor)


Fresh herbs like parsley or dill (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:


1. Prepare the Fish: Start by rinsing the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the fillets in a shallow dish.



2. Marinate: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour the marinade over the fish, making sure both sides are well coated. Let the fish marinate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.



3. Preheat the Grill: While the fish is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.
